We highly recommend you buy from Factory Direct! The DeMosses know from personal experience how to help you. We were looking for a firm mattress because of back issues we were having and self treating for a month. I went on a Wednesday to FD and picked two mattresses, took my husband back the next day to try them out, and our choice was delivered and set up efficiently on Friday afternoon. We slept like babies that night. Saturday night my issues (degenerative discs which I didn't know I had until after the Medical appointments over the next two weeks) kicked up and for the first time ever I ended up in the ER by 6:00am Sunday morning. After medication and returning home, our 9000X-Firm King mattress was and is the best thing I have ever slept on! We also bought latex pillows that we highly recommend. Thank you for your patience and time in helping us make these dreamy choices.

I had a terrific experience. We had just moved to town, needed beds asap. Justin spent lots of time with me talking about the different beds and even had them delivered that very evening. The split king adjustable bed with the Eclipse Glacier mattress is fantastic- we've been sleeping on it for a month now and my husband and I are getting the best sleep. Would definitely recommend shopping here!!
