Great to deal with and was quick to get our issues fixed... We had a different company in to do a cleaning on our heat pump units and than 0ne unit was broken, had that company in to switch the broken unit on main floor with good unit in basement to cool main floor. Well long story short the second unit was than broken, and they still gave us a bill for breaking our units which were only 2yrs old... And told us replacement parts were 10 week wait which meant a summer with no ac. Got in touch with Jacques at plumbing and heating shop and he was quick to have a tech here to look at damage.. With in a couple days tech returned and repaired our units. House is now nice and cool.. Great people to deal with and very quick to resolve our issue and will definitely only be using them from now on. Thanks again to the team at plumbing and heating shop

Excellent service , the installers were awesome, my wife was very impressed on how clean they were while doing the install, 3 units installed in under 7 hours, they went above and beyond, couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend The Plumbing and Heating Shop to anyone, plus a great price 😊
